A body has been discovered near a LDS church in Ogden.
Police say the body of a white adult man was found in the parking lot near Winchester Lane and Shadow Valley Drive. He was discovered just after 9 a.m. by a woman who was walking her dog in the area.
The victim is believed to be in his late teens or early 20’s and was found wearing a sturdy backpack.
Police are speaking with people in the area, looking for more clues as to the identity of the man and any other information that would be helpful in their investigation.
The cause of death is still unknown, pending the results of an autopsy.
