Baked Spaghetti and Cheese (03.13.12)

  • 2 cups spaghetti, macaroni or egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Gossner Cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Gossner Cheddar or Colby Cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Gossner milk
  • 3 tablespoons Gossner Sweet Cream Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Drain; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix together sour cream, cream, parmesan, egg, half of the cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, milk, butter, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles. Spread into a greased 9-inch square baking dish, top with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
