MARYSVALE, Utah — An evacuation order was posted for summer homes and cabins in the Monroe Meadows area nine miles northeast of Marysvale on Tuesday.
The Box Creek Fire in central Utah has grown to nearly 250 acres according to the U.S. Forest Service. Theyissued the evacuation order for residentsin the area where the wildfire is threatening structures there.
Many forest roads have been closedbecause of the fire danger.
