SALT LAKE CITY – Police are investigating after a body was found in the Jordan River in Salt Lake City on Wednesday.
A maintenance worker spotted a body in the river near 1300 West and 300 North at around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday while cleaning near Constitution Park.
Police say the victim is 46-year-old Francisco Perez Cruz.
There are no signs of foul play or trauma, and police say Cruz may have been in the river for a few days.
