- 1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounce size) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounce size) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 green or red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Chill for at least an hour for best flavor. Serve with crackers, pita bread and/or a variety of raw vegetables.
