PROVO, Utah — Provo Police have arrested five men in two separate vehicle burglary cases.
The first arrests came on Sunday, when someone called Provo Police claiming there were three suspicious men in the area checking car door handles.
Police arrested three juvenile boys in that incident.
On Monday, police arrested 20-year-old Caz Thatcher and 24-year-old Miguel Castillo, after officers said the men were spotted breaking into cars.
All of the alleged stolen property was returned to its owners.
