SCHOOL CLOSINGS: Morgan, Mountain Green Elementary schools (in the Morgan School District) are CLOSED Thursday because of snow.
Davis Applied Technology College confirmed classes are canceled until 3 p.m. Thursday because of power outages.
ROAD CLOSINGS AND RESTRICTIONS:
I-84 through Weber Canyon is open in both directions, according to UDOT
Weber County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that Ogden Canyon is open again as of 8:45 a.m.
Eastbound SR-39 is closed, according to UDOT.
Parleys Canyon is open. All semitrailers traveling on I-80 in both directions must use chains until further notice, according to UDOT.
POWER OUTAGES:
According to Rocky Mountain Power, there are a number of areas without power in northern Utah.
In Riverdale 1,054 customers are without power. in South Ogden a tree in the power lines has left 121 customers without power. In West Haven, 89 customers are without power because of a vehicle accident.
