SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Highway Patrol is being sued by a man who says he was pulled over and given a DUI he didn’t deserve by Trooper Lisa Steed.
Steed has been in the spotlight after a memo leaked in mid-October suggested she falsified DUI arrests for years.
Clifford Ray wants his conviction overturned and $250,000 in damages. The state has 60 days to respond to the notice of claim.
