4 families displaced in Draper apartment fire

DRAPER, Utah — Unified Fire responded to a two-alarm apartment fire Tuesday evening that ultimately displaced four families.

Draper Police said that three apartments at about 6 p.m. caught fire at a complex on 930 East and 12300 South.

As of 6:20 p.m. firefighters were still trying to douse the blaze.

According to dispatch, firefighters are restricting traffic at 12300 South at about 1000 East.

The Utah Red Cross said four families were displaced because of the blaze. They were given shelter for the night.
