MIDVALE, Utah – Two more arrests have been made in connection with an August murder.
Police arrested 25-year-old Alexis Hughes and 30-year-old Anthony Martinez for their involvement in what police say was a planned robbery that turned into a homicide.
According to police, Justen Lefave answered a knock at the door on Aug. 26, spoke to two women and was shot to death by a man hiding behind them. They say Gabriel S. Gurule was that shooter.
Gurule was arrested last week on aggravated murder charges.
Amy Rowley, another suspect in the case, was arrested last month. Police say she planned the robbery.
