PROVO, Utah – Provo Police have arrested a man they say used a stun gun on Gen-X store employees as he allegedly walked out of the store wearing stolen merchandise.

Police say when employees tried to stop 28-year-old Wesley Byington, he pulled out a small stun gun and forced his way past them.

Officers say they found Byington hiding in a closet in an Orem apartment. He was booked into the Utah County Jail for robbery, two counts of assault and five outstanding warrants.
