SALT LAKE CITY – Two branches of the First Utah Bank were robbed by different suspects on Monday.
The first incident happened at around 1 p.m. Monday at the First Utah Bank on 3826 South and 2300 East in Millcreek.
Police say the suspect handed the teller a note demanding money then left on foot, eventually leaving the area in a black passenger car with a spoiler on the back.
The second incident happened at around 4 p.m. at the First Utah Bank on 4900 West and 3500 South in West Valley City.
Police say the suspect was a Hispanic man in his 20s and about five feet, eight inches tall. They say he demanded money from the teller then fled before police arrived.
