- 1 banana, broken into chunks (this works well if the banana is frozen as well)
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½-3/4 cup soy milk or fruit juice
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 pouch Fruitivia
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth! Serve immediately, or divide for two smaller smoothie snacks.
