Cougars narrowly beat Aggies in game postponed after Berger’s collapse

Posted

PROVO, Utah - Brigham Young University and Utah State University met in Provo for a men's basketball game that was postponed in early December.

The game was scheduled to play on Dec. 5, but after Aggie starter Danny Berger collapsed and nearly died in practice on Dec. 4, it was postponed.

BYU came out with the close 70-68 victory on Tuesday night.

Two and a half months later, Berger is still recovering. He isn't playing in games yet, but he's practicing with the team and feeling better every day.

FOX 13's Jer Bates talked to Berger about recovery and his future with the Aggies.
