ROY, Utah – An airman arrested in Roy for allegedly having sexual involvement with girls he met on a social networking site is now facing more charges.
27-year-old Luis Salguero was arrested in Roy late last month after police say he contacted underage girls he’d met through the website meetme.com.
Investigators said Salguero confessed to having sex with a 15-year-old girl in the Roy area as well as another female prior to that in Salt Lake City.
On March 1, Salguero was charged in 3rd District Court in Salt Lake City with one count of third degree felony unlawful sexual activity with a minor in.
He has also been charged in 2nd District Court in Ogden with one count of third degree felony unlawful sexual activity with a minor and one count of third degree felony enticing a minor on the Internet.
Salguero is stationed in Honolulu with the U.S. Air Force but was in Utah visiting family members in Magna. Officials say he is also being investigated by police in Hawaii to look for possible additional victims.
