SALT LAKE CITY – A former Utah Jazz player and NBA Hall of Famer has a new job.

Adrian Dantley, who played for the Jazz in the early 1980s, now works as a crossing guard in Maryland.

Deadspin.com reports that Dantley doesn’t need the money, but just doesn’t want to sit around.

Now he makes $15,000 a year using his 6-foot-5-inch frame to keep kids safe on the street.
