SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah — A woman is recovering after she was injured when her car rolled over on I-80 Saturday night.
Utah Highway Patrol officers said the 30-year-old woman over-corrected while traveling eastbound, and the car rolled near mile marker 109. The woman was initially unconscious, but she regained consciousness after EMS personnel responded.
A medical helicopter was called in but later cancelled. The woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Her condition is unknown.
The woman’s husband was also in the vehicle. He was uninjured.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
