MIDVALE, Utah — A man accused of involvement with a triple murder in Midvale and who evaded police capture for weeks was officially charged in the case.
Davis Fotu was charged with obstruction of justice relating to the shooting on February 12 that claimed three lives. The charge is a second degree felony.
Fotu was arrested on March 10, nearly one month after police began searching for him. Police arrested David Fresques before Fotu, and Fresques was charged with three counts of aggravated murder and one count of attempted aggravated murder.
Fotu is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Thursday morning.
