- 2 oranges, diced into bite size pieces, juiced (reserve juice and zest of 1 orange)
- 4 avocados, diced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Combine the orange pieces, avocados, carrot and celery in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey or agave, cinnamon, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Pour over salad mixture. Gently fold together. Serve immediately.
