This week has been a good one. I helped my brother prepare a umu (earth oven), which still requires a lot of work even though the materials we use are slightly different. It was fun to revisit the old Samoan chores of cooking. This is why we moved to America, because they have microwaves! All kidding aside, it was good to refresh a ton of memories.
This week also was an exciting week in clothing for me. I used to wear pants with waist size of 58… I am now down to 46—holy shitake mushroom!
This week I plan to work out extra hard, as I will weigh-in next week and can’t wait to see how much closer I am to the 100-pound club.
