FARMINGTON, Utah — Search and rescue operations are underway for a woman who was injured in a car accident at the top of Farmington Canyon.
Sgt. Susan Poulson, Davis County Sheriff’s Office, said two vehicles crashed near the top of Farmington Canyon, and the woman was ejected when the truck she was in rolled. Poulson said the truck rolled over the 41-year-old woman.
A helicopter landed on scene around 6:15 p.m. and loaded the woman inside to transport her to a hospital. Poulson said the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening. She was conscious, breathing and alert when rescue teams reached her.
