UTAH COUNTY — A motorist crashed near the Payson City exit off Interstate 15 after reportedly leading police on a high-speed chase, according to dispatch.
The woman was up and walking around at the scene of the accident dispatch reported. Speeds reached as high as 100 miles per hour.
