SALT LAKE CITY — A man brandished a gun to a clerk after taking beer from a convenience store early Sunday morning, police said.
At 1:26 a.m. a man walked into a 7-Eleven, 776 S. 1300 East, grabbed three 30 packs of beer and went to walk out, said Salt Lake City police. When the clerk stood in front of the door to stop him, the suspect reportedly brandished a gun.
Police said the clerk got out of the way and the suspect left with the beer in a blue passenger car. The clerk was not injured.
The suspect is still at large, police say.
