UTAH COUNTY, Utah — A father accused of shooting and killing his infant son was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole Monday.
Joshua Petersen, 21, was charged with aggravated murder after he allegedly shot and killed his 5-month-old son Ryker in his American Fork home on April 5.
Petersen plead guilty to the charge on Sept. 10.
