SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake City Public Library closed early Tuesday after a 21-year-old man reportedly jumped from the rooftop of the building.
Salt Lake City Police spokeswoman Robin Heiden said the man landed in the library’s inner courtyard. He was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
Heiden said only a couple of people witnessed the reported jump. Police are investigating the incident as an attempted suicide.
