SALT LAKE CITY -- It's time to head for the hills if you want to play in the snow, and the recent storms aren't just good news for those who like to hit the slopes.
As of Feb. 1, the Utah snowpack was below average at 75 percent normal compared to 92 percent last year. Now, Utah is sitting at 91 percent.
