LEHI, Utah – An outdoor pool that has been part of the community for about 30 years is getting a facelift, and officials said they hope the changes will make the pool less congested.
Crews will be adding a new entrance to the swimming pool, which is expected to make operations run more smoothly than before.
Kim Cooper is the aquatic supervisor for Lehi City, and he said there other additions as well.
“There will be a concession stand out here also, and redoing the inside of the building, new carpet, new bleachers, new lights, new toilet fixtures, new everything,” he said.
The pool will also see the addition of two new slides and some climbing walls.
