BYU is one-and-done in the NCAA Tournament after loss to Oregon

MILWAUKEE — Elgin Cook led Oregon with 23 points, as the Ducks beat BYU 87-68 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

BYU cut Oregon’s lead to 56-53 with 12:03 to play in the second half on 3-pointer from Matt Carlino, but the Ducks responded with a 22-6 run to put the game away.

Tyler Haws led BYU with 19 points, and Carlino and Eric Mika added 15 points apiece.

BYU ends the season with a 23-12 record.
