SALT LAKE CITY – City officials stated there was a significant water main break on Foothill Boulevard near 1180 South Friday that will impact southbound traffic, and on Saturday officials said repair work in the area would continue through Monday evening.
City officials said Saturday the pipe had been repaired Friday night and there is no disruption of service associated with the break.
Officials said Utah Department of Transportation crews are working to repair the road nearby–which was expected to fixed in time for the Monday evening commute.
The construction work only impacts southbound lanes, and drivers can expect slight delays in the area.
