According to our sister station Q13, state troopers in Washington say they’re concerned about road cage cases because of slow drivers in the left lane. Now, they’re cracking down on left lane violators. State law requires drivers to keep right — except to pass. It’s a law that troopers say a lot of drivers choose to ignore.
