DELTA, Utah – Authorities are investigating after a woman was killed when she allegedly fell into a farming machine she was operating.
According to the Millard County Sheriff’s Department, a 35-year-old woman fell into the running machine in the Sutherland area.
Nearby workers shut down the farm equipment and called 911.
Deputies said the woman’s body had already passed through the machine when emergency crews arrived.
The woman’s identity has not yet been released.
