SALT LAKE CITY – Parade goers young and old turned out to see the Pioneer Day parade in downtown Salt Lake City Thursday.
It was just the beginning of a day-long celebration in Utah.
The parade started on South Temple and State Street and then trailed through downtown before ending at Liberty Park.
Streets were filled with people as they watched the parade; some even camped out overnight for the best seats.
The fun isn’t over; the all-day celebration continues at Liberty Park.
