SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah – Police were searching for a missing man who was last seen Wednesday afternoon, but the man was found Thursday evening.
Officials said 66-year-old Scott Benton was last seen near 2400 S. and 300 E., and around 5:30 p.m. Thursday the man was located at the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake, 400 West 463 S.
Officials said Benton was in good condition when he was found.
According to authorities, the man has physical and mental disabilities which leave him unable to care for himself.
Benton is about six feet tall and weights 250 pounds.
He has gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and blue pants.
