SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah made changes to their fight song earlier this year, and Thursday was the first football home game since the changes were made.
Lyrics in the song were changed to be more inclusive, but officials said traditional versions of the song are still acceptable. FOX 13 News' Todd Tanner was at Rice-Eccles Stadium as the Utes took on Idaho State University in their season opener, and he spoke to fans about their feelings toward singing the new lyrics.
