Murray Police seek suspect in credit union robbery

MURRAY, Utah — Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Mountain America Credit Union in Murray Saturday morning.

A white man wearing eye glasses and green plaid shirt walked into the bank, located at 5899 S. State Street, and passed a note to the teller demanding money, said Sgt. Kim Rees with Murray Police.

Rees said police don’t know if the suspect was in a vehicle or on foot but he did leave the building with an undisclosed amount of money.

There was no mention of a weapon.

The suspect was also identified as wearing khaki pants and about 6 feet tall.
