SALT LAKE CITY -- The folks at Red Butte Garden decided to go big when they were issued the Ice Bucket Challenge, so they went out of their way to find the largest bucket they could lay hands on.

The challenge has gone viral on social media in recent weeks, with everyone from athletes to celebrities participating. The effort is on behalf of ALS research and awareness.
