WEBER COUNTY, Utah – A fire caused about half a million dollars in damage at the Weber County Fair Grounds overnight.
Fire crews said the blaze started in a storage building for lawn equipment at about 11 p.m.
Weber and Ogden firefighters had the flames contained in about 30 minutes.
Investigators said the fire appears to be accidental and no one was injured.
No nearby buildings were damaged.
Officials said that was because the buildings were sealed up and the fire practically contained itself.
