A former 5th grade teacher in the Alpine School District will be in court facing child porn charges Tuesday.
Edward Greene, 54, faces 10 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators said uploaded several pictures of young boys to his home computer.
He allegedly did this on his personal Google account and that sparked a police investigation.
Greene’s attorney didn’t show up for his June hearing.
Greene told the judge he would be getting a new attorney after that.
