PROVO, Utah – A Provo mother accused in connection with the death of her 3-month-old son will be in court Tuesday.
An autopsy report showed Brianna Brown’s son, Paxton, had head injuries consistent with severe force trauma when he died Nov. 2012.
Authorities said Brown was one of only two people with her son when he was injured.
Officials said Brown must have either harmed her son or did nothing to stop it.
Brown’s boyfriend, Joshua Harding, is also charged in connection with Paxton’s death.
