SALT LAKE CITY -- Sophie and her mother Jill are at the Ronald McDonald House in Salt Lake City, and the 12-year-old girl in need of an organ donor hopes to one-day be a member of the U.S. Olympic ice skating team.
Sophie was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease at the age of 3, and she is on the waiting list for a transplant.
