Police seek suspect in alleged SLC 7-11 robbery

SALT LAKE CITY — Police are looking for a suspect in an alleged 7-Eleven robbery early Saturday morning.

At approximately 1 a.m., a man wearing a black ski mask, gloves and gray hoodie walked into the convenience store, 1609 S. 1100 East, brandished a firearm and demanded money, said Lt. Mike Ross with Salt Lake City police.

The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

Ross said the suspect was described as a white male 5 feet 8 inches tall with a slim build.
