BYU junior running back Jamaal Williams out for season after knee injury

PROVO, Utah – BYU junior running back Jamaal Williams is out for the season with a knee injury, according to head coach Bronco Mendenhall.

Williams was injured during Saturday’s win in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Officials said Williams suffered a sprained knee in the Cougar win 27-7.

The Cougars will take on UNLV Nov. 15 in Provo at 5 p.m. MT.

The game will air on ESPNU.
