ROY, Utah - The State Fire Marshal and Roy City Fire Department are taking over the investigation after authorities found a woman's body in the garage of a burned out Roy home.

Investigators are working to determine how the woman died and how the fire started.

Fire crews were called to a home near 19th W. and 4550 S. at about 2 a.m. Wednesday where they could see flames when they arrived.

Neighbors told Fox 13's Scott McKane that the family in the home had problems in the past.

They said the woman leaves behind a significant other, two boys ages 6 and 16 and a daughter.

The identity of the woman has not been released at this time.

Officials said the fire appears to have started in the garage.
