MORGAN COUNTY, Utah – Authorities said black ice may be to blame after a semi rolled on the freeway in Morgan County Monday.
Officials said the semi rolled on I-84 near the Taggart Exit.
Emergency crews had to free the driver from the truck.
Authorities have not confirmed the driver’s injuries or condition at this time.
Lanes were closed Monday morning as crews cleaned up the fuel spill.
