EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah – A woman is dead after an accident involving construction equipment in Eagle Mountain.
Sgt. Spencer Cannon said cement slabs fell off a truck and crushed the woman Monday afternoon.
Officials said the truck was delivering the concrete to a business she and her husband own.
Authorities have not released the name of the business or the identity of the woman at this time.
Police said they are still working to notify the family.
