- 1 bag (12-ounce, 3 cups) cranberries
- 1 medium orange, zest, then, cut up
- 1/4 cup stevia or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup(s) seedless raisins or dried cranberries
- Parsley for garnish
In food processor, blend first 3 ingredients, pulsing food processor on and off until mixture is coarsely chopped. Cover and refrigerate relish until well chilled, about 2 hours. If you like, transfer relish to an airtight container and refrigerate up to 2 days. When serving, garnish with dried raisins or cranberries and parsley.
