ST. GEORGE, Utah – A Utah Highway Patrol trooper narrowly missed being hit by a car in St. George Saturday.
UHP says the trooper had pulled off to the side of Interstate 15 near mile marker 9 to remove some debris when a motorists swerved to miss the debris, hitting the cruiser.
The trooper was outside the vehicle when the cruiser was hit and wasn’t injured.
Police haven’t said whether charges will be filed.
