SANDY, Utah - Big Budah had a little too much fun racing these mini horses at the Dickens Christmas Festival at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy.
This year's reenactment of 19th-century London will take guests through narrow village streets as they shop for their gifts.
The festival runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
