Utah Couple recovering after plane crash while practicing take offs, landings

WENDOVER, Utah – Two people are recovering after their plane went down near the Wendover Airport Thursday night.

Authorities said a couple, Paul and Marnie Bowden, were practicing take offs and landings in a Cessna 182 when the wing caught on the runway and caused the plane to roll.

The plane is registered in Fruit Heights, Utah.

Officials said the Bowdens were flown to the hospital and are in unknown condition at this time.
