OZAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. — Dustin Diamond, the actor who played Screech on “Saved by the Bell”, was arrested early Friday morning in Wisconsin.
Dustin Diamond, 37, was taken into custody for possession of a switchblade, carrying a concealed weapon and first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
He is expected to appear in an Ozaukee County courtroom Friday afternoon. More information about the circumstances surrounding Diamond’s arrest is expected to be released Friday.
Diamond’s bail amount was set at $1,000.
